This agreement is a legal contract between you and Whale VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken security and affect App functionality.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics or Firebase crash reporting. Your use of those components is also subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network connection through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, poor signal, device restrictions, or carrier conditions. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply when using the App outside Wi-Fi or outside your country of origin. Please ensure you have permission from the bill payer before use.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the Service due to battery depletion, disabled permissions, or third-party network failures is outside our compensation scope. While we work to provide accurate routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such information. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install updates when required. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service within a reasonable scope.
